Changes - Returns

To make an exchange, the customer must contact our company. The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the day of receipt using the same company that delivered it (otherwise, the customer is charged the additional costs of the respective company). The product must be in its original condition without any damage; otherwise, the company reserves the right to take legal action with a compensation claim. The exchange fee costs €3. Product returns and refunds are made within 15 days from the day our company receives the product. In case of a refund, shipping and return shipping costs are not refunded, which cost €1.99 for shipping and €3 for return. Refunds are made via Alpha Bank to a bank account provided by the customer.
