To make an exchange, customers must contact our company either by phone at 6906167658 or by email at magicbeeclothing@gmail.com . Customers have the right to return the product within 15 days of the day they receive it, using the same courier company they received it with (otherwise, customers will be charged the additional fees of the respective courier company). The product must be in its original condition, without any damage; otherwise, the company reserves the right to take legal action and seek compensation. Exchange shipping costs €5, and the exchange is made on a hand-to-hand basis. Our company sends the new product (the exchange), and the customer hands over the product they have packaged as soon as the new product reaches them.

In the case of a return - cancellation, the return must be made EXCLUSIVELY through Elta Courier, at our expense, with instructions for the courier to collect the product from the customer.
